With more than 25 years of experience in the automotive leasing and fleet management industry, he has held a variety of leadership positions spanning international key account management, sales support, consulting, sales steering, and fleet sales.
Throughout his career, Andreas has combined deep industry expertise with a strong focus on customer-centric solutions, business transformation, and international collaboration. His extensive experience enables him to support multinational corporations in navigating the evolving mobility landscape and the transition toward more sustainable fleet strategies.
Prior to joining Volkswagen Financial Services, Andreas held several fleet sales-focused roles at ING Car Lease and ALD Automotive.
