Alberto is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and a core member of the firm’s European Infrastructure practice. With over a decade of consulting experience, he specializes in strategy, business transformations, and operations across railway, urban transit, road, and airport infrastructures. Alberto works closely with infrastructure operators, investors, and mobility OEMs worldwide, with a strong focus on leveraging technology, AI, and digitization to drive innovation and efficiency. Alberto holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and post graduate Master in “Energetic Sources Management” at SAFE.
