Elena is Director for Infrastructure Europe at EBRD, covering the region of Central Europe and Baltics, South-Eastern Europe, Ukraine and Moldova. Elena has over 25 years of infrastructure sector experience in the emerging markets, with a proven track record in business development, structuring and project execution, resulting in the successful delivery of a broad range of projects across the Bank’s countries of operation. Elena has extensive experience working with private and public clients, engaging in policy dialogue at national and local levels, and collaborating with various stakeholders, donors, and co-financiers.
