Oskar Kruse is Project Coordinator at the Dutch Cycling Embassy. Passionate about creating more liveable cities through cycling, he works with public authorities and organisations across Europe to connect local ambitions with Dutch expertise in cycling policy, infrastructure and sustainable mobility. Oskar holds a Master’s degree in Urban Human Geography from the University of Amsterdam and has lived and worked in several European countries. His work focuses on translating Dutch cycling knowledge into practical strategies that help create safer, healthier and more liveable cities.
