Michał Chmielewski is the founder and managing partner of Prime Land Consulting. He has 15 years of experience in the real estate market, spanning both public administration and the private sector. In the public sector, he managed a property portfolio worth approximately PLN 10 billion and led project teams on complex developments. At property development companies, he was responsible for property acquisition and development preparation.
Today, he combines legal expertise, negotiation skills and investment experience to guide projects efficiently through administrative procedures while minimising associated risks and delays.
