Konrad Gołota (born 1978) is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw and completed an Executive MBA at the Warsaw Management University.
From December 2023 to January 2025, he served as Head of the Political Cabinet of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski. His responsibilities included market dialogue, international cooperation, and digital diplomacy. He coordinated discussions regarding Poland’s investment potential in new technologies.
From 2016 to 2023, he worked in Brussels for the Party of European Socialists, the second largest political group in the EU, where he was responsible for analyzing public policies in 11 Central and Eastern European countries. He collaborated with government representatives, EU Commissioners, and non-governmental organizations at both the European and national levels.
Previously, he held positions such as managing director and marketing director in commercial companies and was a member of organizations promoting good business practices. A specialist in strategy and negotiation, and management practices in an international environment. His passions include literature, foreign languages, and sports.
On February 3, 2025, he was appointed Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of State Assets.
