At PGL, he is responsible for shaping and implementing the HR strategy across the PGL group, as well as developing solutions to support the recruitment, development, and retention of key competencies in the aviation sector. His work focuses, among other areas, on identifying future skills, organizational transformation, the use of AI and new technologies in HR, and developing solutions that address demographic changes and labor market challenges. He has extensive experience in designing competency development, reskilling and upskilling systems, talent management, and cultural and technological transformation. Previously, he held executive positions at some of the largest institutions in the financial sector. He actively participates in industry and expert initiatives related to skills development, collaborating with sector organizations and the educational community. His particular areas of interest include the impact of AI, automation, and technological change on future jobs and skills in aviation. He is a work psychologist and a graduate of the University of Warsaw, including postgraduate studies in labor law at the University of Warsaw.
