Katarzyna Marks

Katarzyna Marks is the Head of the Sustainable Aviation and Environmental Protection Department at the Civil Aviation Authority (ULC). She holds degrees in Political Science and Law and is a graduate of postgraduate studies in European Union Law at the University of Warsaw, as well as postgraduate studies in Climate and Energy at the Institute of Environmental Protection.
For many years, she has held managerial positions in the field of international aviation law and cooperation with international organizations. She represents the Civil Aviation Authority at the international level and actively participates in the work of expert and working groups of the European Commission, the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), and the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC).
She serves as Poland’s representative on the Committee on Environmental Protection in Civil Aviation within the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
