Since November 2025, he has served as Government Relations Director for Europe at Shield AI, where he is responsible for public-sector relations across European markets.
From 2021 to 2025, he worked at TikTok, leading public policy and government relations across Central Europe and later Northern and Central Europe. From 2018 to 2021, he worked at Lime, where he was responsible for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, including overseeing the company’s launch in eight cities across six countries.
Previously, he led public policy activities at, among others, Santander Bank Polska. He has more than 15 years of experience working with the technology and financial sectors, as well as international experience gained in Brussels, Guangzhou, and Bangalore.
He is a qualified lawyer and a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
