An expert in new technologies, finance, the economy and local government. He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, the Executive Studies in Finance programme at SGH Warsaw School of Economics/EY, IESE Business School and Stanford University. He was a fellow at the Herbert Hoover Institution and the Woodrow Wilson Center for Scholars.
A manager with 30 years of experience in the financial, consulting and public sectors, he co-founded the Polish Development Fund (PFR), where he served as Vice-President and CFO and was responsible for the Green Hub Programme – PFR’s energy transition strategy. He previously served as Vice-President of BGK Nieruchomości, where he was responsible for sourcing investment projects. As President of BOŚ Eko Profit S.A., an investment company operating in the renewable energy sector, he developed comprehensive investment support solutions for clients based on a one-stop-shop model.
From 2007 to 2008, he worked at the PKO BP S.A. Group, where he was responsible for restructuring and developing a new operational management model. From 2005 to 2006, he served on the Management Board of PGNiG S.A., where he initiated the project to build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal. He also held managerial positions at international consulting firms Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for implementing services for Polish businesses. He is an advocate of new technologies and the venture capital market.
He is the owner of the Green Impact consultancy, a business angel, and a member of the Supervisory Boards of Pekabex S.A. and Kross S.A.
