Energy and Electromobility Expert
An expert in energy transition, electromobility, climate and environmental policy, and sustainable development, with many years of experience in public administration and the energy sector. She currently serves as Clean Mobility Policy Manager at the Polish office of Transport & Environment (T&E), where she focuses on clean mobility policy, the development of electromobility, and the decarbonization of transport. A particular focus of her work is the integration of the transport and energy sectors, including the development of charging infrastructure, adapting electricity grids to the needs of electromobility, and using electric vehicles as an element of a flexible energy system. She prepares regulatory analyses and recommendations and works with public administration, businesses, and industry organizations. Previously, she worked with a company in the energy sector, where she was responsible for developing a financing strategy for investments and research and development projects in areas such as hydrogen, CCS, electromobility, and energy efficiency. She has also held director-level positions at the Ministry of Development and the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology, including serving as Head of the Low-Emission Economy Department. She coordinated work on the Long-Term Building Renovation Strategy, the reform of investment rules for wind energy, including the amendment of the so-called 10H rule, as well as amendments to the Renewable Energy Sources Act.
