Sławomir Żurawski is a manager with more than 25 years of experience in managing logistics operations and complex organisational structures. He specialises in transforming business models, developing logistics services and improving operational efficiency. He began his career at the Polish Postal Service (Poczta Polska), gaining experience at successive levels of the organisation. He further developed his management expertise in the private sector and the transport and logistics industry, holding management and strategic positions at organisations including PKP Cargo, Laude Smart Intermodal and Elplast+.
From 2024 to 2026, he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of Polish Post for Logistics and as Acting President of the Management Board. He is a co-author of the Polish Post Transformation Plan, which aims to combine the fulfilment of its public service mission with business efficiency. He is responsible for the development and modernisation of the company’s operations, focusing on improving logistics efficiency, optimising processes and developing modern courier and digital services.
He completed an Executive MBA at Kozminski University and is a certified change leader specialising in building modern and resilient organisations. He is passionate about long-distance running.
