Ian Catlow

Ian Catlow is the Head of London’s European Office, representing the Mayor of London and Transport for London in Brussels. He manages London’s relationships with the EU institutions and with European networks such as POLIS, UK Transport in Europe and EUROCITIES, where he chairs the Zero-Emission Mobility working group and sits on the management committee of the Mobility Forum. Ian is also TfL’s representative on UITP’s EU Committee and is a regular speaker on urban mobility at international events. Ian was previously a civil servant in the UK, dealing with trade and economic issues. Immediately before joining London’s European Office, Ian was a seconded national expert at the European Commission.
