▪ Representation of members of the organization in relations with state institutions of all levels, employers, and their organizations, companies, trade unions, public movements in Lithuania and abroad.
▪ Representation of the organization in courts.
▪ Organization and support of social dialogue. Participation in the activities of the National Tripartite Council.
▪ Participation in legislation, preparation of proposals, participation in the activities of commissions established by the Government. Leadership – Chair of Trade Union, in which decisions are made with the participation and voting of 38 regional / branch leaders.
Professional experience in the field of social and civil dialogue at national and international level, especially at the EU level. Good knowledge of functioning of the EU institutions. Good communication skills gained through my experience as the member of the European Economic and Social Committee. The EESC represents various economic, social and civil players that make up organised civil society, providing a forum for consultation, information and dialogue, the experience is gained through participation in the study groups to prepare opinions of the EESC. Active participation in the various international and national projects, related to social dialogue, such as followers “Trade unions representatives training to participate in social dialogue”, the main objective of the project, implemented by the LTU “Solidarumas”, was to strengthen social dialogue at regional level.
