Michał Ciemiński is the founder and CEO of Next and a senior executive with 25 + years in the ICT sector, where he deploys AI-driven process automation and data-centric digital strategies to scale enterprises. Earlier, he held C-suite or senior-director posts at Orange Polska, Polkomtel (Plus GSM), and Netia, experience that grounds his expertise in telecom-grade scalability. As a two-term board member of the European Business Angels Network and founder of the seed-stage fund Platinum Seed Incubator, he has invested in more than twenty technology ventures, including nanotech pioneer XTPL S.A listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He earned an M.A. in Administration & Capital Investments from the Private Higher School of Business & Administration in Warsaw. He completed executive programmes at INSEAD, IESE, and London Business School.”
