A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, Agnieszka Siekierska-Otłowska is an experienced manager with nearly 30 years of experience in the broader commercial and service sectors, much of it in financial services, and for the past five years in public transport in Warsaw.
As Director of the Commercial Division, she is responsible for maintaining and developing the ticket sales network and passenger services, as well as ticket inspections and debt collection. She currently leads and oversees one of the most important projects in the Warsaw metropolitan area – the Warsaw Ticketing System. The implementation of its first phase is planned for September 2027.
Her division sells approximately PLN 1 billion worth of tickets annually, provides direct and electronic services to around 700,000 passengers, and manages approximately 1.5 million city cards.
