Bartosz Arabik serves as Deputy Director of the Department of Innovation and Energy Efficiency at the Ministry of Climate and Environment. A career diplomat and senior civil servant with more than 15 years of experience in energy, climate and international affairs, he has worked at Polish diplomatic missions in Kabul, Washington, D.C., and Berlin. He is currently responsible for overseeing policies on energy efficiency and the decarbonisation of transport.
