Cyprian Gronkiewicz is a manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the industrial sector, including the automotive industry. He began his professional career at the FCA plant in Tychy, where he worked in the technical department responsible for expanding the facility and its production lines in preparation for the launch of the Fiat 500, Ford Ka and Lancia Y models. He subsequently joined PESA in Bydgoszcz, where he headed the Quality Department before becoming Production Director.
He has been with ElectroMobility Poland since 2019. His responsibilities have included preparing the production area of the project, agreeing production requirements, designing the plant and overseeing the process of selecting the general contractor for the investment.
He holds an MBA from Kozminski University and is a graduate of AGH University of Krakow.
