Dagmara Waśkiewicz holds a Master’s degree in National Security, specialising in crisis management. At the Infrastructure Department of the Warsaw City Hall, she is responsible for projects and processes related to the resilience of the city’s infrastructure and the implementation of modern energy solutions, as well as civil protection and civil defence.
She is a graduate of the Military University of Technology in Warsaw and the Fire University in Warsaw. Since 2019, she has contributed to the work of the Infrastructure Department of the Warsaw City Hall. Her work combines the perspectives of security, risk assessment and inter-institutional cooperation—the foundations of a safe and resilient energy transition at the city level.
