Dr Hubert Cichocki is President of the Łukasiewicz Centre.
He is an Assistant Professor at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (Institute of Management), where he is involved in research and teaching at the Collegium of Management and Finance. His research interests focus primarily on organisational economics and public management.
He has also worked at Poland’s Supreme Audit Office, where he held positions including adviser, head of division and deputy director of a department. He has participated in a number of organisational projects, including adapting to regulatory changes, developing and implementing organisational policies, introducing quality-related changes, and human resources management. He also worked as a management consultant on a European Commission-funded project at the Office of the Auditor General of Albania.
He is a graduate of, among others, the SGH Warsaw School of Economics and Kozminski University, where he obtained a doctorate in economics and finance.
Since 2024, he has served as President of the Łukasiewicz Centre, the coordinating body of the Łukasiewicz Research Network.
