Jacek Nowakowski is an expert in corporate strategy, transformation and decarbonisation, he serves as Group Strategy and Transformation Director at LSP GROUP. He specialises in designing and implementing transformation strategies, building organisational resilience, and leveraging technology and data to improve business efficiency. He combines strategic, operational and economic perspectives, focusing on solutions that can be effectively implemented and scaled.
He has many years of experience in the heavy-duty transport, energy and alternative fuels sectors. His areas of expertise include fleet decarbonisation, heavy-duty transport electrification, bioLNG, biomethane, HVO, LNG and hydrogen, as well as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and assessing the impact of regulations on corporate business models.
At LSP GROUP, he is responsible for the Group’s strategy and transformation, including its portfolio of strategic initiatives, development of new business areas, technology projects, decarbonisation, operational efficiency, and preparing the organisation for changes in the European transport and logistics market.
He is Vice-President of the Polish LNG and bioLNG Platform and a member of the Electromobility Development Team advising the Minister of Energy. He actively contributes to the public debate on transport transformation, business competitiveness and practical pathways to decarbonisation.
