Karol Nieradka is an architect and MBA manager. Since 2010, he has been the owner of maxberg architectural studio. He is President of the Szczecin Branch of the Association of Polish Architects (SARP) and Chair of the Municipal Urban Planning and Architecture Commission advising the Mayor of Szczecin.
In 2014, he obtained an international project management certification from the International Project Management Association (IPMA), having previously received certification from The Institute of Leadership and Management in London in 2013. Since 2025, he has been enrolled in a postgraduate MBA programme at Kozminski University in Warsaw.
He is the recipient of numerous awards and distinctions, including the Brick Award 2019, Polish Cement in Architecture 2022, Top Builder 2023, Poland Urban Award 2023, The International Architecture Awards 2024 and Architizer A+Awards 2026.
His House in Dobra was named one of the ten best completed single-family houses of 2018 by Archinea. The House in Blankensee achieved the same distinction in 2019, while the Atrium House was included in F5’s selection of the best houses in Poland. In 2024, the House in Podkowa Leśna was one of four projects selected to represent Poland at the 15th edition of the exhibition of single-family houses from the Visegrád Group (V4) countries, while the House in Dobra was nominated for the ArchDaily 2024 Building of the Year Award.
The “Bałtycki Apartamenty” building received The International Architecture Awards, Poland Urban Award and Top Builder awards and was shortlisted for the SHARE Architecture Awards, while the Kościeliska residential development was a finalist in the Architizer A+Awards 2026.
His projects and articles have been published by leading architecture and industry platforms and publications in Poland and internationally, including ArchDaily, Architizer, Archello, Builder, Archinea, Architektura i Biznes, F5 and Wprost, as well as specialist industry platforms in the Czech Republic, Serbia, Germany, Australia, China and Korea.
He is the author of numerous articles on prefabrication and Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology in architecture.
