A social researcher and analyst, she is responsible for the social dimension of the energy transition at Forum Energii. She gained her analytical experience in the non-governmental sector and public administration. At the Institute for Structural Research, she conducted research and co-authored studies on the just energy transition, including energy poverty and changes in the labour market.
For many years, she was involved in the non-governmental sector as a member of the editorial team of Magazyn Kontakt. She also collaborated with organisations including the Heinrich Böll Foundation and the Center for Citizenship Education. She holds degrees in sociology and economics from the University of Warsaw.
