Łukasz Kot

Łukasz Kot is a community activist, cyclist and former member of Częstochowa City Council, serving during its sixth, seventh and eighth terms, including as Vice-Chair of the City Council during the eighth term. Since 2014, he has served as a voluntary consultant on pedestrian and cycling mobility in Częstochowa, and since 2020 as Chair of the CzęstoZielona Team. Professionally, he has been involved in waste management and green space maintenance. He is a graduate of an MBA programme. In his private life, he is passionate about mountains, cycling and triathlon.

As Deputy Mayor of Częstochowa, Łukasz Kot oversees the Department of European Funds and Development, the Department of Investment and Public Procurement, the Department of Municipal Property and Ownership Supervision, the Department of Municipal Engineering and Inspection, and the Department of Environmental Protection, Agriculture and Forestry.
