Maciej Gajewski is the CEO of GreenWay Polska, a leader in the electric vehicle charging network market. He has been with the company since 2018 and has been involved from the outset in the development of charging services, customer service and infrastructure, as well as IT systems. He currently focuses on developing charging service sales and customer experience across the GreenWay Group.
From 2009 to 2016, he worked at Energa-Operator, where his responsibilities included transforming the management of the electricity distribution network, overseeing distribution services—including services for energy suppliers and customers, metering systems and remote meter-reading systems—and managing Poland’s first large-scale smart meter deployment project.
During his career, he also worked as a consultant at Doradca Consultants Ltd., specialising in organisational consulting and the utilities sector. He was also an academic assistant and lecturer at the Higher School of Banking. He is a graduate of the University of Gdańsk.
