Monika Constant, President of the Polish Leasing Association (ZPL), heads an organisation representing 37 entities: 36 leasing companies and the Polish Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association, together accounting for approximately 90% of the leasing market. ZPL brings together bank-owned leasing companies, manufacturer-owned entities and independent leasing companies.
From 2009 to 2023, Monika Constant served as Managing Director of the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce (CCIFP). In 2017, she was awarded the National Order of Merit by the French Ambassador to Poland for her outstanding achievements in strengthening the Polish-French partnership.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Applied Linguistics and East Slavonic Studies (now Applied Linguistics) at the University of Warsaw, as well as the Polish-French HEC and SGH programme in business management. She regularly comments on economic developments, representing the business community and appearing in media including TOK FM, Biznes24, Polskie Radio 24, Rzeczpospolita and DGP.
