Monika Krzemień is a Member of the Management Board of BUDIMEX MOBILITY S.A. and Legal Counsel at Budimex S.A. She has been advising on the legal aspects of infrastructure projects for more than a decade.
She specialises in legal support for investment projects, contract negotiations and legal risk assessment, with a particular focus on construction law, public procurement and environmental protection. In her practice, she combines legal expertise with a commitment to the development of e-mobility infrastructure.
She is the author of legal publications and an experienced lecturer. In 2022, she was a finalist in The European Women in Construction & Engineering Awards in the Construction Law category.
