He has been with Holcim since August 2006. Since 2020, he has served as Director of Industrial Performance. For the past ten years, he has been responsible for heavy mining equipment, and from 2025, he has led the key Green Mobility project. As part of this initiative, in just two years, he electrified 20% of the fleet (introducing 20 heavy electric vehicles) and implemented the construction of over 4 MW of fast charger capacity, including the first stations in Poland with an MCS connector.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mining and Geoengineering at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. He also completed the prestigious Holcim Discovery Programme, implemented in collaboration with the Warsaw University of Technology.
He combines over 20 years of operational experience in the industry with expert knowledge in modern industrial infrastructure management, electromobility, and the sustainable transformation of mining fleets.
