Tomasz Bęben is an experienced lawyer and manager, he is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. Since 2023, he has served as President of the Board of the Association of Automotive Parts Distributors and Producers (SDCM). He is also a Board Member of the European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA) and FIGIEFA, the International Federation of Automotive Aftermarket Distributors. He is a legal counsel registered with the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He gained professional experience at law firms in Kraków and Warsaw, specialising in industrial property law, copyright law and personal rights. For several years, he has been closely involved with the automotive sector.
He supports initiatives promoting the development of the Polish automotive sector and participates in reviewing draft legislation of key importance to the automotive industry. He represents the interests of member companies both in Poland and internationally, including before European Union institutions.
