Dr. Yanying Li is Head of Programme and Knowledge Management at ALICE (Alliance for Logistics Innovation through Collaboration in Europe), where she leads and contributes to European research and innovation initiatives on sustainable urban logistics, multimodal freight transport, and digitalisation of logistics. Dr. Li collaborates with academia, industry, cities, and public authorities on advancing logistics innovation and transport policy. She is a member of the European Commission’s Expert Group on Urban Mobility (EGUM) and a presentative of ALICE for European Space Agency (ESA)’s Space for Logistics and Resilient Infrastructure Task Force. She is the co-editor of the Springer book Urban Logistics Transformation: E-Commerce and Sustainable Circular Economy Approaches. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Southampton, where her research focused on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).
