Piotr Grochowski is an architect, member of the Chamber of Architects and graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. As Chief Architect at Arche Group, he has many years of experience in designing hotel and residential developments, with a particular focus on the revitalisation of historic buildings.
He designed the redevelopment of Uphagen Manor in Gdańsk and Arche Klasztor Wrocław, and co-designed the revitalisation of the Żnin Sugar Factory.
He is the recipient of numerous individual and team awards in the fields of architecture and urban spaces, including the prestigious SARP Award of the Year 2021 for the Żnin Sugar Factory project and the SARP Award of the Year 2026 for the Arche Klasztor Wrocław project. His work has also received international recognition, with nominations for the EU Mies Award in the 2022 and 2025 editions.
Together with his team, he currently continues to pursue his passion for protecting architectural heritage and promotes circular economy practices in architecture, working on revitalisation projects including the Royal Paper Mill in Konstancin-Jeziorna and the Old Oil Mill in Szczecin.
