Justyna Linke is a specialist in development, foresight and the design of participatory processes. For nearly 15 years, she has designed and led processes that enable innovations to be developed together with their future users, from identifying needs to testing and implementing solutions. She is a recipient of the Joseph Jaworski Next Generation Foresight Practitioners Community Award for her participatory urban foresight model.
She conducts research on processes of change, including their effectiveness and the conditions required for scaling. She has delivered projects in Europe, Central Asia and Somalia, working with organisations including UNDP. For many years, she has also worked with Polish local authorities, supporting them in designing and implementing public-sector innovations.
