He is a well-known and popular journalist with Polish Television (TVP), where he has worked for more than 25 years. He has presented and co-created numerous television programmes and is also a public speaking coach. He is a graduate of the Academy of Theatre Arts in Kraków.
For more than a decade, he was one of the presenters of TVP1’s continuity segments. On the same channel, he also presented programmes including “Kawa czy herbata?”, “Polskie Lato”, “Popołudnie z Jedynką” and “Ktokolwiek widział, ktokolwiek wie”. On TVP Polonia, he hosted “Halo Polonia” and “Polonia 24”.
He currently presents the Catholic programme “Między Ziemią a Niebem” on TVP1. On TVP3 Warszawa, he presents the news programmes “Telewizyjny Kurier Warszawski” and “Kurier Warszawy i Mazowsza”, as well as the current affairs programmes “Zawsze na temat”, “Prosto z Mazowsza” and “Reagujemy”. He is also one of the hosts of “Gość Regionów” on TVP3.
He has covered dozens of major events, including debates ahead of local, parliamentary and European elections, the 60th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp, the pilgrimage of Pope Benedict XVI, the opening of the Cemetery of the Defenders of Lwów, inaugurations of Presidents of the Republic of Poland, and broadcasts of state ceremonies from Piłsudski Square. He also conducted an interview in the United States with former US President George H. W. Bush.
