Marina is a partner at Rö Legal. She specialises in advising clients in the automotive and commercial real estate sectors on litigation and arbitration proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution. She also advises clients on M&A transactions and environmental law. She has extensive experience in jurisdictional disputes, as well as in the incorporation, transformation and liquidation of commercial companies, the sale of shares and ongoing legal support for corporate clients.
Among other matters, Marina co-led strategic litigation brought by the ClientEarth Foundation, the Polish branch of the UK-based global environmental organisation, concerning greenwashing practices related to the sale of so-called “eco-pea coal”. The proceedings concluded with a settlement. She currently continues to provide pro bono support to ClientEarth in a case concerning misleading marketing practices relating to Nałęczowianka bottled water.
