A Senior Analyst at the Regulatory Assistance Project, an international non-governmental organisation supporting effective public policies for the energy transition. He specialises in the power sector, electrification and industrial policy, and contributes to all of RAP’s analytical work concerning the transformation of the Polish economy.
Before joining RAP, he was Head of the Energy Team at the Polish Economic Institute, where he focused on industrial competitiveness and energy markets, and Head of the Energy and Climate Research Programme at Instrat, a Polish think tank. Previously, he worked as a Senior Consultant at PwC Poland, delivering projects for public institutions.
