Dariusz Kucel, EMBA, is Director of the Department of Electromobility, Fuels and Hydrogen Economy at the Ministry of Energy. He is responsible for shaping and implementing public policies on electromobility, the fuels market and hydrogen, including the development of infrastructure and the regulatory framework for the transformation of the transport sector.
He has more than 30 years of experience in strategic and financial management across the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors. Prior to joining the Ministry of Energy, he led gas market development at GAZ-SYSTEM and strategy at Gas Storage Poland. Earlier in his career, he held management positions at Polenergia, the ZETKAMA Group and the Polish Mint.
He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw and an Executive MBA programme.
