Jan graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague (FEE CTU), majoring in Computer Networks and Business Management. He has an extensive background in computer network management and is one of the co-authors of the Kronos monitoring system. His past expertise includes mobile application development, banking IT security, and software development for Skoda Auto, where he worked on the initial version of the Skoda Connect ecosystem.
Currently, Jan serves as the CEO of Xmarton. The company has developed an advanced platform for managing and sharing vehicles and other means of transport, powered by its proprietary universal digital key technology compatible with all car brands via smartphone. The system enables real-time vehicle monitoring, fully secure mobile control (serving as a complete replacement for a physical key fob), and seamless fleet sharing without the need to hand over physical keys or access devices.
Jan is currently working on launching a new car-sharing platform designed to connect private vehicle owners and small-scale car rental agencies.
