Vice President of the Management Board of Wrocławskie Mieszkania Sp. z o.o., a manager and economist with over 20 years of experience in strategic management, local government administration, the real estate sector, and urban logistics. A graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics, specializing in foreign trade, and a certified expert in project and process management (Ernst & Young Academy of Business).
He began building his versatile managerial career by managing social and international projects (including serving as Secretary of the Europartner Association and coordinating the 1st Europe–Ukraine Forum) and working in parliamentary offices. Within Wrocław’s local government structures, he held key management positions, including Deputy Director of the Office of the Mayor of Wrocław, Director of the Organizational and Human Resources Department of the City of Wrocław, and Director of Real Estate Management at TBS Wrocław.
He specializes in business process optimization (Lean/Kaizen), securing external funding (EU POIŚ, RPO, WFOŚ), and the digitization of public services. He has extensive experience in implementing and overseeing advanced ERP-class IT systems, including the SAP ecosystem, electronic document management (EOF), and e-services integrated with the National Portal (Login.gov.pl). He also has many years of experience serving on the supervisory boards of municipal companies such as Wrocławskie Mieszkania and Wrocławska Rewitalizacja.
Since 2019, he has successfully developed municipal projects in the area of “last-mile” logistics. Since 2023, as Vice President of Wrocławskie Mieszkania, he has been coordinating a project—pioneering on a national scale—to systematically locate package lockers on municipal properties. The company, acting as the designated municipal operator, facilitates collaboration with leaders in the courier market (InPost, Allegro, DPD). By combining modern technologies with urban space management, he implements a strategy of sustainable development, cargo traffic optimization, and carbon footprint reduction in the Wrocław metropolitan area. In his personal life, he is passionate about chess, capital markets, and travel.
