Mariola Bolisęga

Deputy Mayor of Rydułtowy, local government official and lifelong resident of the town. She is connected with Rydułtowy both professionally and through her community involvement. From 2014 to 2018, she served as a member of Rydułtowy Town Council, and since 2018 she has held the position of Deputy Mayor.

Her work focuses on areas including urban development, environmental protection, education, culture, sport, health, and strengthening residents’ participation and engagement. As Deputy Mayor, she oversees the municipal departments responsible for environmental matters, urban development, and education, culture, sport and health. She also coordinates the “Ryduł-to-WY to MY – Social Transformation” project.

She is actively involved in projects and initiatives supporting the town’s development, emphasising that participating in them “gives her wings not to stand still, but to keep striving, moving forward and developing”. She combines her local government experience with a strong commitment to the community. In the context of public participation, she stresses that “a town will never be better than its citizens”, recognising residents as the most important driving force behind its development.
