Oleh Zabarylo is the Director of the Department of Urban Mobility and Street Infrastructure of the Lviv City Council, a position he has held since 2021. He has been working in public administration since 2010 and has extensive experience in urban development, municipal administration and economic policy.
In his current position, he is responsible for the development of urban mobility and street infrastructure in Lviv, including public transport, traffic management, road safety, parking policy and sustainable urban transport.
