Robert Chryc Gawrychowski

Robert Chryc-Gawrychowski has more than 20 years of experience in developing long-term growth strategies and managing the operations of companies operating in the battery and energy storage sectors for industrial applications.
Since October 2025, he has served as General Manager of Lyten Poland (formerly Northvolt Poland) in Gdańsk, following Lyten’s acquisition of the factory. Previously, from 2018 to 2025, he managed Northvolt’s Polish operations, where he was also responsible for the construction and development of the manufacturing facility.
He is a member of the Economic Advisory Team to the Rector of Gdańsk University of Technology, which is working on the creation of the Pomeranian Energy Hub—one of seven key development challenges for the region identified by the university and Employers of Pomerania.
He lives and works in Gdańsk. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering at Gdańsk University of Technology. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, motorcycle and cycling trips, as well as good books and jazz.
