Drones & Air Mobility Forum 2026
Ladies and gentlemen,
Drones & Air Mobility Forum 2026 is a platform for dialogue dedicated to the development of advanced air mobility (AAM), in particular urban air mobility (UAM), and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) used in public services, industry, and the security sector, including dual-use solutions.
The forum also covers issues related to infrastructure and systems enabling the safe integration of air operations with urban space and their scaling.
The event is organized as part of the New Mobility Congress 2026 and places the development of BSP in the broader context of mobility transformation. It creates a space for cooperation between the scientific, technological, industrial, and administrative communities, enabling them to jointly develop responses to strategic challenges related to the development of air mobility in cities and beyond.
The discussion focuses on operational models, regulations, system interoperability, and the conditions necessary for the safe development of the market over the next five years.
The Forum program will include presentations of the latest technological and product solutions that are already being used on the market in Poland and worldwide. Real systems and components from areas such as materials, communications and navigation, sensor technology, data analysis, and artificial intelligence will be presented. The presentations will be given by technology companies, research and development centers, and institutes actively involved in creating innovations for the UAV sector.
Let’s work together!

Thematic scope
The Forum program is based on four strategic areas
Cities – operational implementations in urban areas
Applications of unmanned aerial systems in public services, crisis response, urban infrastructure monitoring, logistics, and integration with smart city systems
- The pillar focuses on implementation models, low-ceiling space governance, and practical aspects of contracting, implementing, and maintaining services
Industry – integration with operational processes
Drones as part of the operational chain in the energy, logistics, and industrial sectors: inspections, infrastructure maintenance, monitoring, industrial logistics, and asset management
- The area covers the integration of BSP with IT/OT systems, process automation, and the economics of scaling operations
Defence & Security – resilience of critical systems
Airspace security, critical infrastructure protection, dual-use solutions, and unmanned threat countermeasure systems
- The pillar concerns civil-military interoperability, minimum security standards, and infrastructure resilience
Infrastructure & Systems – market scaling conditions
Unmanned traffic management (U-space/UTM), BVLOS operations, system interoperability, cybersecurity, and integration with national aviation infrastructure
- The area covers regulatory and technological foundations enabling large-scale systemic implementations
